Taking in consideration several issues, we decided to make some changes in schedule. So we will start filling in presentation list, already during pre-Registration, on Friday. Of course you’ll still be able to fill in you presentations and register on place, on Saturday morning, as was decided at first.

16։00-19։00 pre-Registration, pre-Filling in presentations, getting to know each other, helping with space preparation, setting up and testing the equipment

April 18, Saturday
09։00-10։00 Registration
10։00-10։40 Opening of BarCamp
10։40-11։00 Program production by the participants
11:00-18:00 Presentations (30 minutes for each)

April 19, Sunday
11:00-13:00 Presentations (30 minutes for each)
13:00-15:00 Mini-presentations (10 minutes for each)
15:00-17:00 BridgeCamp
17:00-17:30 Closing ceremony
17:30-18:00 Helping with space clean-up, uninstalling equipment, packing stuff

* There will be 3 parallel threads of presentations. Participants will choose which presentation they want to attend (vote with you feet)

• Poster session will last from April 18, 11։00 till April 19 17։00
• You are also free to socialize, talk and discuss in a shared space outside of presentation-rooms. It’s one of the most important part at any BarCamp.
• Everyday we will decide and announce the time and the place(s) for evening parties, where you can continue socializing, discussing projects and ideas sitting in a pub, or having more active time in the clubs of Yerevan.
